Profile Dynamics

Dr. John Cocoris founded Profile Dynamics in 1984 to research, develop and promote the Temperament Model of Behavior. Dr. Cocoris has written numerous works to bring clarity of understanding to the four temperaments and the twelve blends expressed in fifteen patterns. Manuals were written to help managers manage more effectively and salespeople use the temperament model to sell more efficiently. The manual for salespeople was taught monthly to new salespeople for over five years.

Dr. Cocoris developed the DISC II Temperament Assessment, which is now being used by major corporations through IHD Corporation for the hiring and development of new employees.

John has been committed to developing teaching aids that would facilitate accuracy in determining a person's temperament blend. The DISC II Temperament Assessment User Guide leads you through how to validate a person's temperament blend.
